Can I buy a Caravan/Lodge from Pioneer caravans and put it on a park of our choice?

No, Generally we supply holiday homes to the park operators that we closely work with, so you will need to speak to your chosen park and discuss what holiday home you are interested in. If we haven’t got your desired model in stock, don’t worry as we deal with all the leading manufacturers and can usually get most makes and models.

We display the Manufacturers Recommended Retail Prices on our website. Package prices vary from park to park and will also fluctuate depending the facilities, on the area of the country the park is located, it all comes down to location and is a little like buying a house. For Example,” A Three Bedroom detached in Kensington London will be 4 times more expensive than buying the same property in Cumbria. This works on the same basis for buying a holiday home.

Yes, we have many customers looking for holiday homes to put on their own land. We deal with all the leading manufacturers and occasionally have some used models on offer too. We can also arrange transport if needed and we are very competitive on price. 

Can I live in my holiday home?

No. Generally all holiday parks offer a holiday license which means that you cannot use your holiday home as a main residence. You can stay in it whilst on holiday but you must live somewhere else and you may be required to provide proof of the address of your main residence and this cannot be the address of someone else such as a relative.

Can I receive post at my caravan/lodge?

No. your holiday home cannot be used as a postal address, if there is something you need delivered to your holiday home please discuss this with you chosen park and they may be able to take this in for you if they are aware it is coming.

How long can I stay in my holiday home?

This Varies from park to park, check with your chosen park. Holiday Parks generally operate anywhere from 7 months opening to 12 months opening. Please note even though some parks offer longer opening periods, these are still holiday parks and cannot be used as main residence. You will need to check with you desired park.

How long can my holiday home stay on site?

The tenure varies depending on what you purchase and what park. Some parks can enforce a 10-year rule where as some give 15 and 20 years from new, this is park specific. You will need to check with your chosen park for more details.

Can I sublet my holiday home?

Some parks allow close family and friends to use the holiday home and some allow you to sublet to a wider audience. We recommend that you check with the park you are interested in and find out more details.

Can I use the holiday park facilities?

Most parks that offer facilities will give you a set number of passes depending on the berth of your holiday home. Some parks allow you to buy a day passed for your guests that only visit now and again. We suggest that you speak to the park and find out what the rules are.

Some parks allow you to have a BBQ’s outside you holiday home but we recommend that you speak to your chosen park to see if they allow you to have a BBQ. Some parks may ask you to have BBQ’s in designated areas.
